Happy week before Christmas!! The holidays have gone by so quickly, haven’t they?! I know a lot of you have asked about this Christmas roundup, and it’s finally here! Whether you’re vegan/veg or your family members are, you can find everything and anything that you want here. I will be indicating my favourites amongst the list, but know that there’s something for everyone. You can prepare a lot of them the day or even two days before to lighten the load. That will ensure that you get to spend lots of time on Christmas Day with your loved ones, instead of in the kitchen.

P.S. even though it says “vegan and vegetarian” everything is vegan!

If you’re a regular here then you know I LOVE these sweet potato skins! If you’re new, you NEED to make this!! The sweet potato skins are stuffed back with the sweet potato filling plus a tex mex filling and topped with coconut bacon too! So. Good.

Easy Cheesy Cornbread Skillet

This is an oldie but a REAL goodie! If you love Brussels sprouts you’ll LOVE this, and anyone you know who doesn’t love Brussels sprouts will love them after this for sure. The roasted apples and onions go so perfectly with it too.

Okay, so not technically a side but it goes perfectly on everything for Christmas that this is an ESSENTIAL. I make mine with orange juice which adds so much flavour too.

Christmas Chocolate Bark – 4 ways

This first recipe is a knockout with four different ways to make Christmas Chocolate Bark.     Hey Jessica. Wow! What a great list of Christmas recipes. I can’t wait to try some. Here in Australia, I grew up eating Christmas pudding with brandy sauce on Christmas Day. Would you have a vegan recipe for that dish?
